DRP40 is a compact 3D CNC touch probe system for workpice inspection, which adopts the most stable 3-point trigger structure design, and uses radio signal transmission between the probe and the receiver. DRP40 uses the stylus to detect the workpiece coordinate system, and then sends a signal through the trigger mechanism inside the probe. The receiver transmits the signal to the machine tool system after receiving the signal. Then the CNC program calculates and automatically compensates the coordinate deviation after receiving the signal, finally,the CNC will process according to the real coordinates of the workpiece. DRP40 can help companies improve production efficiency and improve product processing accuracy. DRP40 is an on-machine measuring device, suitable for high-precision, large-size and multi-spindle parts machining factories.
